Sweet and Spicy Grilled Veggies


  • 1 Red Pepper, chopped
  • 1 Large Red Onion, chopped
  • 1 Medium Zucchini, chopped 
  • 1/2 cup of Mushrooms (your preference)
  • 2 Tablespoons of Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of Jin+Ja
  • Salt and pepper to taste


1. Mix vegetables and olive oil in a bowl until all vegetables are coated. 

2. Make a basket out of tin foil

3. Place vegetables into the flat of the basket and add Jin+Ja

4. Place foil basket on grill or in an oven. Test at 30 minutes and again at 45 minutes for desired tenderness.
