How to Drink Jin+Ja


There is no one way to drink Jin+Ja  &  everyone enjoys Jin+Ja for different reasons:

If you're looking to maximize Jin+Ja's health benefits, here are a few recommendations.

If you are looking to boost your metabolism, it is recommended that you have 4 ounces of the original strength Jin+Ja (or 1 ounce of the concentrate) every 3 to 4 hours (up to 4 times a day). Note that some people even drink Jin+Ja 30 minutes before going to the gym to get a quick boost.

If you are looking to use Jin+Ja to aid with digestion, it is recommended that you drink 4 ounces of Jin+Ja with each of your large meals.

If you are looking to capitalize on the anti-inflammatory properties of ginger, it is recommended that you experiment with what works best for you starting with 4 ounces of Jin+Ja three times day every 4 hours. If you are looking to make a simple cocktail with Jin+Ja, you can mix almost any spirit with 3 parts Jin+Ja and 1 part spirits and have a deliciously powerful cocktail. I personally like bourbon or vodka with my Jin+Ja.
